Aims of the lesson

1-     Appreciating the existence of the different forms of present tenses. To identify common situations when the present simple tense is used in everyday speech.

2-     To understand the differences in usage of the present simple tense between English and Spanish.

3-     To recognise and understand what happens to the structure of regular present simple tense verbs when conjugated.

4-     Being able to identify and apply the common formation patterns of all present simple tense regular verbs.
